Military Style ID Tags
PSI's blank ID Tags are made from Rallye Production's sublimatable aluminum, and fully printable on both sides. At a thickness of .055", they're extremely durable and are standard Military dog tag size of 1.25" X 2". They come individually packaged with protective film applied, and each tag includes a 30" Bead Chain that can be easily shortened if necessary. For ages 13 and up.
Templates are available to aid in designing and printing double-sided images and will be emailed with instructions when the order ships. Please note that an adhesive spray such as our Wilflex Hot-Tak is required for pressing. Quantities of 100 or more may be bulk packed but all parts including individual zip-lock poly bags will be included.

These rubber edge guards are the perfect away to protect the ID Tags with a stylish decorative trim. It not only adds a nice finished look, it also helps keep mulitple tags quiet! Sold in packs of two, they are available in Clear, Black, Blue, Pink, White, Patriotic and Forest Camouflage.
Tags can also be used with larger Split Rings to add functionality as Key chains. For pet ID tags, please see our BratDawg Tags.
Please note that with the exception of the clear, the colored trims will reduce the viewable image area by approximately 3/16" and should be taken into consideration when designing tags.
